Virtual Sales Assistant Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high attention to detail due to the level of contacts being targeted, and the volume of messaging required across our multi-channel approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong inner drive and energy to deliver results against targets
  • The ability to work well within a team environment but just as well on their own
  • A natural desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast paced, growing business
  • Experience of making outbound calls to large businesses
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years working in an inbound or outbound sales role with direct lead or customer engagement
  • Tech-savvy, love to help others, and passionate about sales
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track-record of success
  • The ability to balance competing priorities, manage time effectively, and keep multiple stakeholders informed on progress
  • You have experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar tools)
  • Being prepared for and contributing to strategic weekly account progress and meeting statuses
  • You are eager to have a significant impact on the growth of an early stage startup
  • You are fearless and get energy from talking to people.
  • You are eager to learn world-class sales practices and advance your career.

We work as follows: we first ask for your CV in order to understand your skill sets better and where you enjoy working, your current experience, then we ask for an interview and thereafter should we both feel that there is a synergy we will place you on our potential VA list. If you don’t have a CV you can export your LinkedIn profile.

Once we receive a client RFP, we will revisit all CV’s received to identify the best suited VA for that particular account. We believe in matching the VA as closely as possible to the client, as you do become an integral part of their team, so it is important for us too that both parties get along.

Should you be chosen for that particular account a consultant form and NDA will be sent to you.

We will first need to on board you before doing formal introductions to your client.
