About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Administrative Assistant with strong recruitment experience to provide ongoing support for approximately 10 hours per month. This role will be ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys research, is confident using modern technology and AI tools, and brings hands-on experience in talent sourcing and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
- Recruitment Support
- Source and screen candidates for various roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with applicants
- Assist in updating recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- Administrative Support
- Manage email correspondence and document organization
- Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Assist with light project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Research
- Conduct research based on provided terms of reference
- Summarize findings and present structured reports or briefs
- Stay informed on market trends, tools, and best practices
- Technology & AI Utilization
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and hiring processes
- Identify and test new digital tools that support efficiency
- Provide recommendations on tech-driven process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or talent coordination
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools, AI platforms, and productivity software
- Proven research ability
- Fast and accurate typing (minimum 50 WPM)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS or CRM systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment, job boards, and screening tools
