Wake up super early

Time is an invaluable asset and all of us try ways of adding hours to our day. Highly successful people wake up anywhere from 4:00am to 5:30am. This gives them more time to do things that matter to them.

Start this process by waking up just 15 minutes earlier than your usual time. Adjust gradually as you go along.

Love exercise

Exercise is an excellent stress reliever, replenishes energy for the day and makes you happy. Make time for exercise. First thing in the morning for most is the best time, as it gives you motivation for the day and if you have children, you can fit your exercise in before they get up.
