Whether you’re a Tech Start-up, a Virtual Assistant or a Business Consultant, starting your own business means implementing processes and taking advantage of all resources at hand.
In this blog I’ve highlighted some of my favourite free tools.
There are some awesome tools available to make sure that your blog writing is up to scratch. Grammarly will find and correct any writing mistakes you may have made.
Writing great headlines can be quite stressful, so Headline Analyzer will help you with creating headlines that evoke emotion.
Free Image Optimizers & Editors
I love the capabilities of Canva. It makes graphic design simple and is great for updating your social media cover photos and so much more.
Free Stock Photography
Often times you may need to source photos for a client’s website, or a newsletter that you’re designing for them. An excellent source for stock photos is Stock Up, as well as Jay Mantri. Jeshoots also offers new modern free photos and Startup Stock Photos is one of the best kept secrets, until now of course!
I know as an entrepreneur how challenging it can be to stay organised and focus on one task at a time. Tools like Trello, Evernote and List.ly are the best tools for this. Plus they are built for team collaborations, which is great if your team is virtual.
Finances & more
For the more financial side of things Quickbooks and Waveapps are excellent tools to keep track of the money. CRM systems like Sugar is perfect for keeping in touch with your clients. Using something like MailChimp in conjunction with this will help keep you top of mind with your clients.
I also supply free contract templates, day planners and other important documents for Virtual Assistants. Please feel free to contact me to get your set today!
